Utkarsh Welfare Foundation in collaboration with HDFC Life CSR launched its Financial Awareness and Health Initiatives programs in Shillong, Meghalaya by providing Health Infrastructure Support to Primary H ealthcare Center, Smit (East Khasi Hills) and Tirot Sing Memorial Civil Hospital, Mairang (Eastern West Khasi Hills) on October 4, 2023, and set up two (02) E-Clinics in Smit and Mairang, Meghalaya.
