The training session conducted on November 28, 2023, in Varanasi, catered to 50 women focusing on chicks' management. This session was led by Mr. Shadab, the trainer, who provided a comprehensive and in-depth training program to equip these women with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage chicks effectively within a poultry farming context.

By providing this specialized training, the session not only supported these women in developing their skills but also contributed to the overall promotion of sustainable and successful poultry farming practices within the community. All these 50 women are engaged in poultry farming in Varanasi.
