Utkarsh Welfare Foundation Organizes a Flood Relief Drive for the affected

On August 31, 2022, a Flood Relief Drive was conducted in the flood-affected areas of Varanasi and Prayagraj Districts of Uttar Pradesh. The primary objective of this initiative was to provide immediate assistance to the affected communities. During the camp, a total of 1,000 food packets were distributed to the flood-affected populations. These food packets were carefully curated to include essential items based on the specific needs of the affected individuals and families. In addition to food (especially dry food items), the packets also contained items such as candles and matchboxes, which were essential for ensuring basic lighting and safety in challenging situations. The distribution of 1,000 food packets was a small step towards addressing the immediate requirements of the flood-affected populations and providing them with some relief during the challenging aftermath of the floods
