Skill, Vocational & Entrepreneurship Development Program

The Foundation has taken concrete steps to empower individuals and communities through its Skill, Vocational & Entrepreneurship Development Programs. Our focus has been on enhancing skills and providing entrepreneurial training to rural women, enabling them to become self-reliant and contribute to their household income.

Agri Initiative

Under our skill enhancement programs, we have trained rural women in various enterprises such as Mushroom Cultivation, Backyard Poultry, Beautician Training, and Sujani Craft Training. These training programs have equipped women with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to start their own businesses. We have also provided support for upscaling their enterprises, helping them expand their operations and increase their income-generating potential.

In addition to skill training, we recognize the importance of supporting existing micro-entrepreneurs, by helping them to formalize their businesses, connecting them with digital payment systems and facilitating access to credit for business expansion and diversification. By empowering these entrepreneurs, we aim to strengthen their economic foundation and foster sustainable growth in rural areas.

Our commitment goes beyond providing training and resources. We are dedicated for creating a lasting impact by promoting self-reliance, economic empowerment, and social development in rural communities. Through our initiatives, we strive to empower individuals to unleash their potential, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to the overall growth and prosperity of their communities.

By focusing on Skill, Vocational & Entrepreneurship Development Programs, we envision a future where individuals have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to create thriving businesses, generate income, and shape their own destinies. We believe that through empowerment, we can create a ripple effect of positive change, transforming not only individual lives but also the communities they belong to.
